most of the project is pretty much done online. I will visit the site and take any pictures that I cannot get from GIS or google

All I need is an address. I will look up all the necessary information needed with the help of the internet.

From there, I send you a layout of the project in 3D and 2D (AS IS)

you take the drawing and pencil in your ideas and what the homeowners want on their project. Or I can do that. Together we will come up with a complete drawing in 3D of what they want.

As you approve my drawings you or I can send those drawings to your client. If they like the drawings and the design, hopefully they will contract the proposed design with you.

I represent myself as an employee of yours, drawing the project for you. In my program I can Zoom remotely with you and/or the clients if needed and make changes on the fly. (or view the project in a 3D virtual tour)

My drawings are designed to make you look good and get more jobs.

If you get the job, I want to be paid something out of your profits from you contracting the job. If you do not get the job, then we all lose. If you wish to sell the drawings to the client, I would like to have that option but it's up to you.
